  1. About the 3D World™ Demo

  3. 3D World is an application built around Apple’s new QuickDraw™ 3D technology. It allows you to produce stunning three-dimensional graphics interactively on the Macintosh PowerPC™ platform, a task that previously required a high end graphics workstation.

  5. The following are required to run 3D World:

  7. • a PowerPC based computer
  8. • 16 Megabytes of memory (RAM)
  9. • System 7.1.2 or later
  10. • QuickDraw 3D v1.0.3 or later (included with this demo)
  11. • Macintosh Drag and Drop (System 7.5 has Macintosh Drag and Drop included)

  13. If you do not have QuickDraw 3D already installed on your machine, follow the instructions in the file “QuickDraw™ 3D Read Me” inside the folder “QuickDraw™ 3D Install”.

  15. This demo version has saving, printing and data export features disabled. At any time you may register with us and purchase a key code which will enable these features immediately (the full package including the manuals will also be posted to you).
